How it runs

  1. Send the files

DXF, STL, or SKP — nested or not. If all you have is a sketch, a cut list, or a photo of a part, we will draw it and send it back for your approval before anything gets cut.

  2. Get a fixed quote

Priced per sheet and per part, so you know the number before we start. $150 minimum per run. Ship material to us, or we will source it and add it to the invoice.

  3. We cut and label

Parts come off the Morbidelli labeled to match your file names, with dadoes, line boring, hardware bores, and part numbers already in.

  4. Pick up or ship

Bundled on a skid for LTL, or pick it up at the shop in Leominster. Typical turnaround is one to two weeks from file approval.

Prototyping

We'll tell you
before it's a problem.

A few of our trade clients come to us before a design is finalized — a short run of prototype parts, or a first pass at something headed for production later. We review the files as part of the job: catching parts that weren't mirrored and would have made assembly a mess, talking through joinery options, and helping pick the right plywood or panel for what the part actually needs to do.

It's the same eye we bring to our own work, just pointed at your drawings before anything gets cut.

Terms

Straightforward,
shop to shop.

We work with other cabinet shops regularly and we know the concern — nobody wants to hand their client list to another shop. We do not solicit your customers, we do not put our name on your parts, and what you send us stays between us.

Pricing is a hybrid of per-sheet and per-part so it scales cleanly whether you are sending one box or forty. Ask for the current rate card.
